Terms & Conditions – Vidyark
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vidyark website and your enrollment in our coaching programs. By submitting an inquiry form, enrolling in a course, or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these terms. Vidyark is a team of dedicated teachers committed to helping every student crack JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET through the right guidance and approach.
1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or submit your details through our forms.

These terms apply to students, parents, and guardians who interact with Vidyark through any medium including in-person, online, or through our website.

2 Courses & Programs Offered

Vidyark currently offers coaching for the following programs for students in Class XI and XII:

  • XI + XII JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Preparation
  • XI + XII NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) Preparation
  • XI + XII MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) Preparation
  • XI + XII Board Exam Preparation

Course content, schedules, batch timings, and faculty may be subject to change at the discretion of Vidyark. We will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students of any significant changes in advance.

3 Admission & Enrollment

Submission of the inquiry or contact form does not guarantee admission to any course. Admission is subject to seat availability, eligibility criteria (if any), and confirmation from the Vidyark team.

  • All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and truthful
  • Students must carry valid school/board documents as requested during admission
  • Vidyark reserves the right to refuse admission without providing a reason
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fees
4 Fees & Payment Policy

Course fees are communicated at the time of enrollment and must be paid as per the schedule agreed upon. The following terms apply:

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
  • Fee installments, if applicable, must be paid on time to avoid disruption to classes
  • Vidyark reserves the right to revise fee structures for new academic sessions with prior notice
  • Receipts will be provided for all payments made
⚠️ In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, relocation), partial refunds or fee adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Vidyark management.
5 Student Code of Conduct

All students enrolled at Vidyark are expected to maintain a respectful and disciplined learning environment. The following conduct is required:

  • Punctuality and regular attendance in all scheduled classes
  • Respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, and fellow students
  • Completion of assigned homework, tests, and practice papers
  • No use of mobile phones during class sessions unless permitted by the teacher
  • No sharing, copying, or distributing Vidyark's study material without permission

Vidyark reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment in cases of serious misconduct, with no obligation to provide a refund.

6 Study Material & Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, test papers, videos, and resources provided by Vidyark are the intellectual property of Vidyark Education. Students and parents agree to:

  • Use study material solely for personal academic preparation
  • Not share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any Vidyark material in any form
  • Not record or livestream classes without express written permission from Vidyark

Unauthorized use or distribution of Vidyark's content may result in legal action.

7 Attendance & Academic Performance

Regular attendance is critical for exam success. Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject/course batch. Vidyark will not be responsible for any academic outcomes resulting from irregular attendance or failure to complete coursework.

Vidyark does not guarantee any specific exam result or rank. Our commitment is to provide the best possible guidance, teaching, and support — the results depend on the student's effort and dedication.

8 Limitation of Liability

Vidyark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from:

  • Failure to qualify for any competitive exam (JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, or Board)
  • Interruptions to classes due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, public health emergencies, etc.)
  • Technical issues with online or hybrid learning platforms
  • Actions of third-party service providers
9 Website Use & Accuracy

The content on the Vidyark website is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the content. Vidyark reserves the right to modify or remove any content on the website at any time without notice.

Unauthorized use of the website, including hacking, scraping, or any malicious activity, is strictly prohibited.

10 Changes to These Terms

Vidyark reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage students and parents to review this page periodically.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Vidyark's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
